The Staged Inspection programme consists of 5 separate stage of construction inspections, however, these stages can be customised to suit your requirements.

We recommend the following stages for construction inspection. These stages can be adjusted upon request.
Base Stage: This occurs just before pouring the slab, ensuring everything is in place for a solid foundation.
Frame Stage: At this point, the frame is fully constructed, awaiting internal wall linings.
Lock-up Stage: External windows and doors are installed, and the roof is completed, securing the structure.
Pre-Painting Stage: Construction is finished, including internal linings and cabinetry, in preparation for painting.
Building Handover or Practical Completion: A meticulous inspection is conducted once construction concludes, following a final cleanup.

Building Warranty Inspection: Recommended within 6 to 12 months, depending on your state’s regulations, for a thorough examination of defects covered under warranty, particularly structural issues.
